Voice & Calling

Voice & Calling turns on native WhatsApp Business Calling. It's a paid add-on, off by default. Once enabled, configure it under Settings → Meta → WhatsApp → WhatsApp calling.

• Enable calling — shows a call button in the chat so customers can place a WhatsApp voice call.
• Call logging — every call's start, end and duration is recorded into the conversation thread in your shared inbox.
• Call icon visibility — keep calling on but hide the icon if you prefer.

Calls connect through WhatsApp's own voice stack; Blurfield handles the setup and the in-inbox call log. WhatsApp is the only Meta channel with a business calling API today — the add-on is named neutrally so it can cover Instagram and Messenger if Meta adds calling there.
