Facebook Messenger

Messenger is a built-in, free channel. Under Settings → Meta → Messenger, paste your Facebook Page ID — Blurfield resolves a Page access token from your Meta token, so you don't paste a separate token.

• Shared inbox — Messenger DMs, postbacks and Page-post comments land alongside WhatsApp + Instagram, tagged Messenger.
• AI autopilot — the same grounded AI answers Messenger with text, quick replies and product cards, or hands off to a human.
• Welcome screen — set a Get Started button, greeting, ice breakers and a persistent menu, published to Meta.
• Webhook — copy the Messenger callback URL into your Meta app and click Subscribe.
