Add-ons & billing
Turn extra features on, understand the marketplace tabs, and manage billing.
The Add-ons marketplace is where you enable extra features beyond your plan. Tabs: Purchased, Subscription, One-time, Free and Built-in (included with your plan).
What's available
- Marketing & automation — Order flow, Action triggers, Coupons, Meta Ads, Social management, Broadcasts.
- Channels — Voice & Calling (native WhatsApp calling, logged in the inbox).
- Payment gateways — Razorpay, PayU, BillDesk, Zaakpay (native in-chat) and Cashfree, Paytm, PhonePe, Stripe (hosted checkout). See Payment gateways.
- Shipping carriers — Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, DTDC, Shiprocket. See Shipping carriers.

Prices are per add-on, billed monthly via auto-pay. Built-in features (the AI assistant, order flow basics, UPI, analytics) are included free with every plan.
Enabling an add-on
- Open the add-on to see its overview, features and screenshots.
- Review the price and billing model (subscription, one-time, free; some are metered).
- For paid add-ons, confirm the auto-debit; you'll authorise a mandate and the feature unlocks on return.
- Manage or disable it any time from Purchased — turning it off hides its pages and stops billing.
Billing & usage
Under Settings → Billing you'll see your plan and price, any trial days left, your add-ons and total monthly bill, usage meters (catalog items and locations against your plan limits), and a transactions history. Your plan and add-ons are billed monthly via auto-pay.
