Managing your products
Every field on the product form, plus the catalog list and WhatsApp sync.
Your catalog is what customers browse and buy. Products sync to your Meta catalog so they appear inside WhatsApp. Open Catalog → Add item → Single to create one. The form adapts to your business type, so you may not see every field below.

Saving & the catalog list
- Save draft keeps it unpublished; Publish saves and syncs to WhatsApp.
- The catalog list has four views (large, small, landscape, list) — your choice is remembered.
- Add items five ways: Single, Quick add, CSV import, Photo scan, or Menu scan.
- Use Sync to WhatsApp to select items and push them to your Meta catalog; each card shows "Synced" or "Not synced".
Your plan caps how many items you can publish — the page shows "X of Y items used".
