DTDC integration for shipments, labels and tracking. Blurfield charges ₹499/month for this add-on; DTDC charges its own freight.

Where to get your DTDC credentials

Register a business account, then email DTDC's API/integration team (via dtdc.in) to be issued your Customer code and API key (and access token). These are not self-generated.

Add them in Blurfield

1. Enable DTDC in Add-ons, then open Settings → Shipping → DTDC.
2. Toggle on and paste your Customer code + API key (write-only). Fill your warehouse, use test mode, then go live.

What DTDC charges

Freight varies by service tier (Lite/Blue/Plus/Prime), zone and chargeable weight; there's no public flat rate card. Use DTDC's rate calculator or ask your account contact.
