Razorpay

Razorpay can collect payments two ways: native in-chat (UPI intent inside WhatsApp) and a hosted checkout page (cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets). Blurfield charges ₹499/month for this add-on; Razorpay charges its own transaction fees (below).

Where to get your Razorpay keys

Sign in to the Razorpay Dashboard:

• Key ID & Key Secret — Account & Settings → API Keys → Generate Key. The secret is shown once, so copy it immediately. Live keys begin rzp_live_, test keys rzp_test_.
• Webhook Secret — Account & Settings → Webhooks → add a webhook using the URL Blurfield shows you, and a secret you choose (put the same value in both places).

Add them in Blurfield

1. Enable Razorpay in Add-ons, then open Settings → Payments → Razorpay.
2. Native in-chat — toggle on and pick your WhatsApp Pay configuration.
3. Hosted checkout — toggle on and paste the Key ID, Key Secret and Webhook Secret (write-only). Use test mode, then go live.

What Razorpay charges

Razorpay's standard plan is about 2% per transaction on domestic UPI/cards/netbanking/wallets (international up to ~3%), with ₹0 setup and ₹0 annual fee and 18% GST on the fee. Higher volumes can negotiate custom rates. Check live rates at razorpay.com/pricing. (Separate from Blurfield's ₹499/month add-on fee.)
