Delhivery

Delhivery integration for booking shipments, printing labels and live tracking. Blurfield charges ₹499/month for this add-on; Delhivery charges its own freight.

Where to get your Delhivery credentials

You need a Delhivery business (client) account. In the Delhivery One panel go to Settings → API Setup and generate your API token (shown once — copy it). Your Client name is your account/HQ name, assigned by Delhivery — ask your relationship manager or clientservice@delhivery.com.

Add them in Blurfield

1. Enable Delhivery in Add-ons, then open Settings → Shipping → Delhivery.
2. Toggle on and paste your Client name + API token (write-only). Fill your warehouse, use test mode, then go live.

What Delhivery charges

Freight is zone-based on chargeable weight (the greater of actual vs volumetric, L×B×H ÷ 5000) plus surcharges — small local parcels can start around ₹40. Estimate with the Delhivery rate calculator.
