Discount coupons

Create discount codes customers redeem in chat — every field explained.

Coupons are codes customers type in a conversation (e.g. "coupon SAVE10") to get a discount at checkout. Coupons are a paid add-on — enable it from the marketplace if you don't see the page.

Creating a coupon

  • Code — the text customers type (auto-uppercased, e.g. SAVE10).
  • Discount typePercentage or Flat amount.
  • Discount value — the percent off, or the rupees off.
  • Minimum order — the cart total required before it applies (optional).
  • Max discount — caps a percentage discount in rupees (percentage type only).
  • Total uses — how many times the code can be used overall (blank = unlimited).
  • Per customer — how many times one customer can use it (blank = unlimited).
  • Expires on — an optional end date.
  • Active — whether customers can currently redeem it.

How it's used

Each coupon card shows the code, the discount, the minimum, usage (e.g. "45/100 used") and an Active/Paused badge. The discount applies on every checkout surface — chat, Flow cart, and the hosted pay page.
