Organizing with collections

Collections bundle related products (e.g. "Best sellers", "New arrivals") so customers can browse by theme in chat. Open Catalog → Collections.

Creating a collection

1. Click New collection (enabled once you have products).
2. Collection name — a unique, descriptive name.
3. Select products — tap product cards to add them; a collection needs at least one.
4. Save collection keeps it as a draft, or Save & publish to WhatsApp pushes it to your Meta catalog as a product set.

Managing

• Each collection card shows a cover image, name, member count and publish status.
• Sync to WhatsApp (top) publishes all collections at once.
• Only published collections can be attached to a product from the product form.
