Shipping carriers

Shipping-carrier add-ons let you book pickups, print labels and track deliveries without leaving Blurfield. Each carrier is a ₹499/month add-on (plus the carrier's own freight charges).

Pick your carrier

Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, DTDC, Shiprocket — open any one for where to get its credentials and its pricing.

Heads-up: only Shiprocket (an aggregator) lets you self-create API credentials. Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees and DTDC are direct carriers — you need a business account and the carrier's team issues your credentials.

How setup works (all carriers)

1. Enable a carrier in Add-ons (₹499/month).
2. Open Settings → Shipping and fill your warehouse / pickup address (name, phone, address, pincode, city, state) on the Warehouse tab.
3. Add that carrier's credentials on its own tab, use test mode first, then switch it off to go live.

Shipping an order

With a courier add-on active, the order detail shows a Shipment panel: Ship now books the pickup and gives you an AWB, a label to print and a tracking link, and the customer is notified on WhatsApp. You can also book a return. Without a carrier add-on, orders use the simple Pending → Packed → Shipped → Delivered stepper instead.
