Transactions lists every payment across your surfaces (UPI, hosted pay page, in-chat, gateways).

Summary & table

• Cards show Net collected, Refunded, Paid count and Pending count.
• Columns: customer, amount, status, method and date.

Statuses

• Pending (created), Paid, Failed, Refunded, Partly refunded.

Refunds

1. Click Refund on an eligible payment.
2. Choose Full refund or Partial refund and enter an amount (up to the refundable balance).
3. Confirm — the status updates to Refunded or Partly refunded.
