Custom order flow

By default orders move New → Paid → Fulfilled (with a Pending → Packed → Shipped → Delivered delivery stepper). The Order flow add-on lets you design your own processing stages and the transitions between them — so the order-list tabs, the 3-dot actions and the status buttons match exactly how your business works.

Set up

1. Enable Order flow in Add-ons.
2. Open Settings → Orders and build your stages (e.g. "Preparing → Ready → Out for delivery → Done") and the paths between them.
3. The same builder configures your appointment and reservation status flows.
